Implementation

• Fees: Implementation includes Requirements Analysis, Configuration, Training, Testing and Deployment, all of which is subject to a one time all inclusive fixed fee.
• Requirements: Conduct a detailed Requirements Analysis to ensure optimal use of technology is applied to your circumstances.
• Configuration: Configuration of a Q-Tran account to suit your requirements. This includes custom mapping of your input file formats to NetSuite file formats and custom mapping to your customer or partner FTP sites if required.
• Training: Training will include review of operating procedures required to maintain the system.
• Testing: Test the system using dummy data to simulate real world processing. We will work with your representative during this process.
• Deployment: Cut over existing process to the Q-Tran process. We will work with your representative during this process.
• Service and Support: We offer continued service maintenance and support for the duration of the contract. This is covered by a nominal monthly service fee, details of which are defined in the general Terms of Service and the Service Level Agreement.
