  • Our Q-Tran application will allow you to automate the delivery of externally generated Customer transactions directly to your NetSuite account, replacing the old methods of manually rekeying or importing data on a transaction by transaction basis.
  • All processing is automated from receipt of the Customer inbound transactions through submission of processed transactions to your NetSuite account. For example purchase orders originating from your Customer's external system can be transformed to Customer sales orders within your NetSuite account.
  • Each application of Q-Tran is customized to suit your requirements. Transactions can be received in any format and automatically processed into your NetSuite account in real time or can be aggregated and scheduled automatically.
  • Q-Tran acts as a gateway between your external partners and your Netsuite account. It uses SuiteFlex web services to integrate with your account and a variety of means such as e-mail or ftp to integrate with your partners.
  • The complete process is audited by Q-Tran and the results are available in real time from your custom web based Q-Tran Dashboard available from within your QICNET account. Click here to preview a typical report.
