Terms of Service

  • Fees: Monthly Service and Maintenance is subject to a recurring fixed monthly fee.
  • Data Management: We will ensure the continued automatic receipt, transformation and delivery of data from your external system to your NetSuite account using the methods defined in the requirement document.
  • Software Maintenance: We will maintain any required updates to our software in accordance with updates in NetSuite DTD's or Schemas.
  • File Transfer Limits: This is governed by both NetSuite limitations and the current capacity of our servers. If you are moving very large number of files consistently then this will impact the monthly fee. Typically for most users moving less than 1000 files per day, it is not an issue. File transfer rates greater than 1000 per day will be subject to increased monthly fee.
  • Notifications: We broadcast copies of incoming email sales orders and import status notifications to a designated email address if required. Notifications can be configured to broadcast to any number of email addresses if necessary.
  • Reporting: Real Time Web Based Status Report summarizing file transfers including date and time of receipt from your Customer and time of import to your NetSuite account. This report can be downloaded to your desktop in excel format.
  • Security: Your transaction files are stored transiently on our server and are not stored permanently. All communications between our servers and Netsuite are via HTTPS 128 bit SSL.
  • Reliability: Our servers are located in proprietary data centers and offer better than 99.9% reliability.
